How to return items to us
All of our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll issue you a full refund.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Once we’ve received the returned item, we’ll process your refund within five working days.
